Worcester Bosch Combi Boiler
A popular boiler choice of today (over half of all new boiler installations are Combi), Combi boilers are a clever space-saving solution, combining both a high-efficiency water heater and central heating boiler. With a Combi boiler, water is delivered at mains pressure meaning you can enjoy a more powerful shower without the need for a shower pump. A Combi boiler also heats water as and when you need it, eliminating the need for a separate hot water cylinder. If your home has a high occupancy, however, and more than two bathrooms, a System boiler may be more beneficial to meet the hot water demand.

Worcester Bosch System Boiler
Great for a high hot water demand, super fast and very economical, a System boiler works to directly heat your central heating system as well as hot water in a storage cylinder. They are also heat only and so work like a Regular boiler, making them ideal for much larger homes. Installation is generally quicker and cheaper with a System boiler but they are known to take up more space than a Combi. To reduce the amount of heat and energy lost, the hot water cylinder of a System boiler also needs to be kept well insulated which is just something else to bear in mind.

Worcester Bosch Regular Boiler
Mainly bought as replacement boilers for homes with an open-vented heating system, Regular boilers are a great option for larger homes as they require a storage cylinder that can keep hot water for later use. In a Regular boiler, the tap water will always be at a good flow rate and hot water can be supplied instantly. From time to time, however, they can suffer from low pressure if the cistern is not located high enough and they are more expensive to install.
